Do I get source files?

Yes, as a subscriber to the VZN LAB platform, you retain full rights and ownership of all design source files. Upon a ticket completion, we will promptly provide you with all relevant source files in industry standard formats. This ensures you have complete control and flexibility over your designs for future use or modifications.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

There is no fixed limit on the number of design requests you can make. However, it's important to note that excessive or unreasonable requests may impact the service level and turnaround time. If you anticipate a high volume of requests or complex design needs, we encourage you to discuss your specific requirements with our team to ensure we can tailor a plan that meets your expectations.

How fast will I receive my designs?

For standard design requests, we aim to deliver the first draft within 24-48 hours. However, for more complex projects or during peak periods, the turnaround time may be slightly longer.
